Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@lucid-swim.com with your order number.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3. Once received and approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping Fees

Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items. For other returns, shipping costs may apply.
